Only has two ladies working the Nikki even told me Dr lowered her hours down to nothing because he couldn’t afford to pay her the other lady with the glasses was extremely disrespectful and aggressive towards me for apparently being 15 minutes late when there is a grace period and was told my appointment was at 12:30 so no I wasn’t late. And the other time they rescheduled me because Nikki’s car broke down and is sharing vehicles with her boyfriend insanely unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Mocking me made faces when I was explaining how she made me feel the doctor couldn’t even call me back and talk to me because he was to worried about getting some lunch. Only had two people working because he just built this establishment and is in over his head. What upset me most was how I was treated when I tried to express how the interaction made me feel. I felt dismissed, and the situation was not handled professionally. I also did not receive a follow up from the doctor when I attempted to address my concerns. If you’re going there for cosmetics that include peg laterals. Look somewhere else or you’re going to be overcharged and treatment will be dragged out. Our treatment was over 6 months longer than we were originally told. I tried to coordinate care with our regular dentist and Dr. Rangel during the debanding process for her peg laterals. I paid the orthodontic payment plan ahead of time and suddenly she’s ready to be debanded. After he debanded, we were very unhappy and asked for the braces to be put back on. Her midlines were not aligned and she was not ready to be debanded. We were completely unsatisfied with the end results. He did not care at all. He told us “there’s no room in her mouth for midlines to be aligned.” This is absolutely unacceptable. It is an Orthodontist’s job to align midlines. The entire purpose of braces. He had his money and that’s all he cared about. He refused to coordinate care and instead tells me I have no other choice but to pay for an additional retainer $250 on top of my full paid orthodontics in a month after the peg laterals are crowned. My daughter has been a patient here for the last 6 months. Dr. Rangel is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain any and all questions that my daughter and I ask of him. All of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend using Pure Orthodontics!

Dr Rangel and his crew are so nice! It’s so convenient to be right downtown. He’s always on time with appointments.

We love not only Dr Rangel, but the entire staff as well! They are very thorough and always smiling! We never have problems making appointments. My son is very comfortable with everyone, and that is a huge deal for me. They have fun family nights and make each kid feel special. I am proud to recommend them to anyone!
